CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUND POLICY

We want to make sure that our participants have a rewarding experience with us pre, during and post attending our online courses and tutorials. Below are the terms and conditions that govern the refund and cancellation policy. When you subscribe to a training course on our Website, you agree to our privacy policy statement, EEA Privacy Disclosures (where applicable), Terms of Use, and the points below. Please understand that with the enrollment and accessing of your online course, you have read and agreed to this refund policy.

1. Refund Policy

Clients who register for an online course occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Regardless of the reason, we believe there should be a definite refund policy for students who decide not to take the course. 100% refunds for online courses are only given under the following circumstances:

(a) The user did access the enrolled online course and demonstrate that they did the work from the course during the first 2 weeks. The user shall, in this case, requests a refund, in writing via email to [email protected]. The email request for a refund shall be considered only if sent within the 14 calendar day’s grace period from the commencement of the course, and not later than the 14th day before 11:59 EST.

(b) A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of % of individual unit.

(c) Any shipped course materials (books, study guides, CDs, Self-Study Kits, Videos, etc.) are returned, unopened/unused at your own

expense if you accept delivery of the package.

(d) If planner is kept, then $__ will be deducted from the course price. In the alternative, the user can mail in their planner and, upon receipt, they will be credited for the entire amount.

(e) There are no refunds for Kindle books or e-books.

(f) if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the attendee's schedule.

2. Mode and time limitation for refund

No refund is due to you if you request it after the guarantee time limit has passed. However, if a course you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit.

3. Change of refund/cancellation policy

Powerful You Academy reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
